Over the past few years, we’ve been privileged enough to spend upwards of 4 months filming throughout sub-sahara Africa in Rwanda, Zambia, and Kenya. And in doing so, we’ve gathered some beautiful images of the continent, it’s generous people, and inspiring wildlife that we’ve compiled into our African reel.

“Mothers of Kigeme”, is a short film about the Healthy Mum’s Project. It explores the lives of three women in a town called Kigeme in the country of Rwanda; and a community nurse that seeks to improve their lives by teaching women how to improve their health while they are pregnant.

In early May, I travelled to Vietnam for the first time since our family fled as refugees after the Vietnam war. These are images of Saigon, Nha Trang, and the Mekong Delta–places of my history. Shot with Canon 5Dmk2, 50 1.4, 16-35L 2.8, handheld and with a monopod.
